AN ACT AUTHORIZING ELECTRIC METER AGGREGATION FOR NONPROFIT ENTITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2014) A nonprofit entity shall be allowed to aggregate not more than ten electric meters that are billable to such entity.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To allow a nonprofit entity to aggregate up to ten electric meters.
