AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ASSESSORS IN THE TOWN OF SPRAGUE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 2 of number 122 of the special acts of 1949 is repealed. (Effective from passage)

Statement of Purpose:
To repeal a provision of a 1949 special act concerning the terms of office for members of the board of assessors in the town of Sprague.
