AN ACT CONCERNING THE FULL FUNDING OF STATE SPECIAL EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT COSTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide full funding for the state reimbursement to towns for the excess cost of special education.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide towns the appropriate amount of state funding for the excess costs of special education.
