AN ACT REPEALING CALIFORNIA MOTOR VEHICLE EMISSION STANDARDS IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-174g of the general statutes, implementing California motor vehicle emission standards in Connecticut, be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal legislation implementing California motor vehicle emission standards in Connecticut.
