AN ACT CONCERNING HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY AT STATE-OWNED FISHING AREAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 490 of the general statutes be amended to require that any state-owned fishing area be made accessible to handicapped persons wherever such access is physically possible.
Statement of Purpose:
To make more fishing areas accessible to persons who are physically handicapped.
