AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSOLIDATION OF POLLING PLACES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to authorize towns to consolidate polling places.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to reduce the cost of elections by authorizing them to consolidate polling places.
