AN ACT CONCERNING INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-612 of the general statutes be amended to limit the amount an individual may contribute to a state central committee of any party from ten thousand dollars to five thousand dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the amount individuals may contribute to state central committees.
