AN ACT REQUIRING TRANSPARENCY OF EXPENDITURES BY THE FOUNDATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a foundation of The University of Connecticut established under section 4-37f of the general statutes to disclose every expenditure made by such foundation.
Statement of Purpose:
