AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF AGE-RESTRICTED HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to prohibit age-restricted housing from being converted to affordable housing.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect age-restricted housing.
