AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN MUNICIPAL PROJECTS FROM PREVAILING WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt all municipal projects that do not receive state or federal funding from the prevailing wage requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt certain municipal projects from the prevailing wage requirement.
