AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS OF ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY PERSONNEL IN THE STRATEGIC SCHOOL PROFILE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-220 of the general statutes be amended to require local and regional boards of education to include the number of students whose parents or guardians are active duty military personnel in the strategic school profile for the school district.
Statement of Purpose:
To keep an accurate count of students whose parents or guardians are active duty military personnel for purposes of federal funding.
