AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN BRANDY BY FARM WINERIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to authorize licensed farm wineries to sell brandy manufactured from fruit harvested on the premises of such farm wineries and distilled off such premises.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow farm wineries to sell brandy made from fruit harvested on premises but distilled off premises.
