AN ACT CONCERNING THE CLASSIFICATION OF FARM LAND ON MUNICIPAL GRAND LISTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-107 to 12-107c, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to prohibit tax assessors from denying farm land classification for a zoning lot or homestead lot that would otherwise qualify for classification as farm land on the grand list of the municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the proper identification and classification of farm land on a municipal grand list.
