AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL SHARE OF THE SALES TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to direct one-tenth of one per cent of the sales tax to the municipality where such sales tax was collected.
Statement of Purpose:
To direct one-tenth of one per cent of the sales tax to the municipality where such sales tax was collected.
