AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DISCLOSURE OF VOTER BIRTH DATE INFORMATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 143 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the disclosure of the date of birth of any elector contained on any record of the registrars of voters to the public or to any governmental agency.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect voter privacy.
