AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOUPMENT OF NONECONOMIC DAMAGES BY AN ILLEGALLY UNINSURED MOTORIST.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit when an illegally uninsured motorist who is injured in a motor vehicle accident may collect noneconomic damages while retaining the right to sue for certain economic damages.
Statement of Purpose:
