AN ACT ESTABLISHING A COMMISSION ON PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a Commission on Physical Activity, which shall be staffed on a voluntary basis, to maintain a centralized information system for purposes of monitoring the childhood obesity crisis in this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a Commission on Physical Activity to monitor the childhood obesity crisis in this state.
