AN ACT CONCERNING A TASK FORCE ON HOARDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study hoarding and to make recommendations to address the health and safety issues associated with hoarding.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a state-wide task force on hoarding.
