AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES IN SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of an electronic nicotine delivery system within a school building.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the ban on smoking in schools to include a ban on the use of electronic cigarettes in schools.
