AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TASK FORCE TO EXAMINE STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS APPLICABLE TO ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force that shall examine statutes of limitations applicable to architects and engineers and then recommend whether such statutes should be amended or repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force that shall examine statutes of limitations applicable to architects and engineers.
