AN ACT PROHIBITING PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit public service companies from charging customers credit card processing fees.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit public service companies from charging customers credit card processing fees on their bills.
