AN ACT CONCERNING THE REQUIREMENTS OF MUNICIPAL STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit the requirements of municipal stormwater discharge permits to mandated Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To balance the protection of the state's water bodies with protecting the ability of towns and cities to provide for their residents.
