AN ACT REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF TAX ON DIESEL FUEL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 221 of the general statutes concerning the motor vehicle fuels tax be amended to reduce the tax on diesel fuel by ___ amount.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote equity in the taxing of motor fuels by reducing the amount of tax on diesel fuel.
