AN ACT PROVIDING A MUNICIPAL OPTION TO POST PUBLIC NOTICE ONLINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 1-2 of the general statutes be amended to allow for the publication of public notice on a municipal Internet web site or in the local newspaper.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to publish public notice online.
