AN ACT CONCERNING A PERMANENT LOCK ON THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide a means to ensure that the funds in the Special Transportation Fund are used only for transportation purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To lock the Special Transportation Fund.
