AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR A CUSTODY EVALUATION FOR A MINOR CHILD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require health insurance coverage for the cost of a custody evaluation for a minor child that is ordered by a court during a divorce proceeding and conducted by a mental health professional.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for the cost of a custody evaluation for a minor child that is ordered by a court during a divorce proceeding and conducted by a mental health professional.
