AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE EFFECTS OF COMPUTER USE BY YOUNG CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study the health effects of young children spending a great amount of time looking at a computer screen.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the use of computers by young children.
