AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS TO BE VACCINATED AGAINST INFLUENZA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That tile 19a of the general statutes be amended to require health care providers to be vaccinated against influenza.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health care providers to be vaccinated against influenza.
