AN ACT CONCERNING A REPORT CONSIDERING A BAN ON TRUCK TRAFFIC ON ROUTE 122 IN THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation undertake a study to ascertain the feasibility of banning trucks on Route 122 in the city of New Haven.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide consideration of banning trucks on Route 122, also known as Forest Road, in New Haven.
