AN ACT REQUIRING MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC UTILITIES TO SUBMIT A CORPORATE SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURN PLAN TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to require municipal electric utilities to submit a corporate security deposit return plan to the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
Statement of Purpose:
To create corporate security deposit return procedures for municipal electric utilities.
