AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TOMOSYNTHESIS FOR BREAST CANCER SCREENINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-503 and 38a-530 of the general statutes be amended to require health insurance coverage for tomosynthesis for breast cancer screenings.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for tomosynthesis for breast cancer screenings.
