AN ACT CONCERNING PREVENTION, DETECTION AND MONITORING OF PRISON RAPE IN JUVENILE FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 18-81cc of the general statutes be amended to include juvenile offenders and juvenile facilities as persons and facilities covered by applicable standards recommended by the National Prison Rape Elimination Commission.
Statement of Purpose:
To include juvenile offenders and juvenile facilities as persons and facilities covered by applicable standards recommended by the National Prison Rape Elimination Commission.
