AN ACT EXPLORING THE PREVAILING WAGE LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Labor Department to explore the current threshold amounts that determine whether a public works project must abide by the prevailing wage and to report to the General Assembly on the department's findings.
Statement of Purpose:
To explore and amend the prevailing wage laws in the state.
