AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN INFORMATION FROM APPLICANTS FOR A COMMERCIAL OR COMBINATION VEHICLE REGISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an applicant for a commercial or combination registration to provide the date of birth and driver's license number of an operator upon such registration.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the application for a combination or commercial registration to include the birth date and phone number of the operator of the vehicle to be registered.
