AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF CURRICULUM MATERIALS RELATING TO THE COMMON CORE STATE STANDARDS TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND TEACHERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 163 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to make available to local and regional boards of education all necessary literature and curriculum materials relating to the Common Core State Standards to be used by teachers in the development of teaching plans.
Statement of Purpose:
To support school districts and teachers by supplying them with materials necessary to teach the Common Core State Standards.
