AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH STORMWATER PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to consider and limit to the greatest extent possible any and all municipal costs associated with complying with stormwater permit requirements established by the department.
Statement of Purpose:
To minimize municipal costs associated with complying with stormwater permit requirements.
