AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR TO MINORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-86 of the general statutes be amended to increase the penalties for the sale of alcoholic liquor to a minor by a permittee or the servant or agent of a permittee.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalties for selling alcohol to a minor.
