AN ACT CONCERNING THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS IN SET-ASIDE DEVELOPMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to increase the minimum number of dwelling units in set-aside developments that are deed restricted as affordable housing.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the minimum number of dwelling units in set-aside developments.
