AN ACT INCREASING NURSING FACILITY RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-340 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Social Services to increase reimbursement rates for nursing facilities to cover the costs of medical and custodial care.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase reimbursement rates for nursing facilities.
