AN ACT EXPANDING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE TREATMENT OF SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to expand health insurance coverage for the treatment of substance use disorders.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand health insurance coverage for the treatment of substance use disorders.
