AN ACT CONCERNING THE CRIMINALIZATION OF FAILURE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to criminalize failure to pay child support.
Statement of Purpose:
To make failure to pay child support a crime.
