AN ACT EXCLUDING OUTBUILDINGS FROM THE IMPOSITION OF THE PROPERTY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude outbuildings from real property that is subject to the property tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude outbuildings from real property that is subject to the property tax.
