AN ACT CONCERNING UNFUNDED MANDATES ON SCHOOLS AND MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to suspend or eliminate unfunded mandates on schools and municipalities.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide financial relief to municipalities.
