AN ACT CONCERNING THE PHASE-OUT OF THE HOSPITALS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 12-263b of the general statutes be amended to phase out the hospitals tax over five years, beginning July 1, 2015.
Statement of Purpose:
To phase out the hospitals tax.
