AN ACT CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to make recommendations concerning the coordinated delivery of mental health care and to notify parents of available services.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand access to mental health services.
