AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the Department of Children and Families in regard to the department's oversight and complaint handling.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to ensure that the Department of Children and Families is operating efficiently.
