AN ACT CONCERNING A TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a new development authority to implement a transit-oriented development project around Union Station in the city of New Haven.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a development authority for the area surrounding Union Station in New Haven in order to develop that area in a timely and responsible manner.
