AN ACT REQUIRING UNIFORM MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE RATES THROUGHOUT THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require motor vehicle insurance rates to be uniform throughout the state and not dependent on the city or town where the vehicle is garaged.
Statement of Purpose:
To require motor vehicle insurance rates to be uniform throughout the state.
