AN ACT RECONSTITUTING THE JURISDICTION OF THE NITROGEN CREDIT ADVISORY BOARD TO FOCUS ON THE SHELLFISH AND SEAWEED INDUSTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-523 of the general statutes be amended to reconstitute the jurisdiction of the Nitrogen Credit Advisory Board to focus on making recommendations for the expansion of the shellfish and seaweed industries in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the state's shellfish and seaweed industries.
