AN ACT AUTHORIZING DOG OWNERS TO BRING THEIR LEASHED DOGS TO PATIOS AT BARS AND RESTAURANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize dog owners to bring their leashed dogs to patios located at bars and restaurants, provided such dogs are in a designated area of such patio that does not interfere with food preparation.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow dog owners to bring their leashed dogs to patios at bars and restaurants.
